# Company opened from diff. path

If you are getting this error follow the below solution:

**Step 1:** This error only appears when you have opened your company from 2 different folders to check those folders you can refer the highlighted one that is marked on the above image.

**Step 2:** Avoid opening the company from 2 different folders as it leads to a data mismatch issue.

**Step 3:** Resync data from the Biz Analyst desktop app.&#x20;

**Step 4:** Done. Sync will start working.
