The pricing is per mobile device per Tally license. So if a client has 2 mobile devices and wants to access it on both the devices, then he/she will have to pay for 2 devices. In case of users having data at 3 locations and the owner wants to get access to data of all the 3 locations then he will have to pay for 3 devices, since it will be counted as 1 device for each location. So 3 Locations * 1 devices = 3 devices.
Users will have to pay for Total of 10 Devices (2 for the first license, 1 for the second, 4 for the third, and 3 for the fourth).
No, We don't charge based on the number of companies you have in one Tally. Our subscription charges are per Device per Tally License.
You can purchase the subscription directly from the app itself. If you are an android user, Click on Menu > Purchase subscription and you can choose your own plan.
If you are an Iphone user, Click on More > Purchase Subscription. User can make payment through Netbanking, Credit/debit card, UPI etc directly from the app.
Once the payment is successful, you can fill out your company details and the invoice will be automatically emailed to you.

User will have to pay the charges on a prorate basis calculated between the expiry date and the current date. User can see the amount to be paid in the mobile app by going to Menu/More > Purchase Subscription to see the amount he/she needs to pay.
No, the customer will have to first upgrade the plan from Essential to Growth so that he can start using the Growth Plan immediately by paying the difference amount calculated on prorated basis. Customer can also they pay for the renewal which will start after the current expiry date. If customer does not upgrade first but only does renewal, then he will continue to use the essential plan till the current expiry date and post the expiry date, he will be able to use the Growth Plan.
Old customers are by defaulted migrated to Growth Plan. Customer can purchase the Essential Plan, however all the previous paid user will also be migrated to the Essential Plan.
The amount will be calculated on Pro-rata basis matching the expiry date of the original Subscription and it will be visible on Partner Portal.
If there's any running offers going on in that month then that would be applicable.
