How is the pricing based?
The pricing is per mobile device per Tally license. So if a client has 2 mobile devices and wants to access it on both the devices, then he/she will have to pay for 2 devices. In case of users having data at 3 locations and the owner wants to get access to data of all the 3 locations then he will have to pay for 3 devices, since it will be counted as 1 device for each location. So 3 Locations * 1 devices = 3 devices.
How many devices do I need to pay for if I have 4 tally licenses, and I need 2 mobile devices for the first license, 1 for the second, 4 for the third, and 3 for the fourth?
Users will have to pay for Total of 10 Devices (2 for the first license, 1 for the second, 4 for the third, and 3 for the fourth).
Do you charge on the number of companies?
No, We don't charge based on the number of companies you have in one Tally. Our subscription charges are per Device per Tally License.
From where I can buy a subscription?
You can purchase the subscription directly from the app itself. If you are an android user, Click on Menu > Purchase subscription and you can choose your own plan.
If you are an Iphone user, Click on More > Purchase Subscription. User can make payment through Netbanking, Credit/debit card, UPI etc directly from the app.
Once the payment is successful, you can fill out your company details and the invoice will be automatically emailed to you.

I have purchase 2 years plan for admin and now I want to add 1 user for 1-year plan is this possible?
No, You can add users but the subscription plan will be the same as what you have purchased for the admin users.
Will I get a GST invoice from the company? Can I claim GST credit as well?
Yes! Once the payment is successful, the user can fill out your company details and the invoice will be automatically emailed to you. You can also claim ITC for the GST paid.
Which type of GST will I be charged?
A total of 18% of GST will be charged, in which if the user is located in Maharashtra i.e 9% CGST & 9% SGST & if the user is outside Maharashtra, they will be charged with 18% IGST.
Can we use the same email id for different biz analyst subscriptions?
Yes, you can use the same email id for multiple devices but you need to pay for each device that you want to use for the Biz Analyst application.
Will the user be charged if he changes the mobile phone?
No. User will not be charged again. If the user has paid for 1 device, it does not matter which device it is being used on at a given point in time.
What will be the renewal charges for the end-user?
Renewal charges for the users will be based on the price at that point in time.
What is the benefits of price change ?
Earlier customer’s use to pay for the all the features even those they were not in the use. Now customer will pay for the feature they require instead of paying for all features.
If a multi user customer wants to upgrade the growth plan , does he have to pay for all the users?
Yes , he has to pay the difference amount for all the users
Can user upgrade from Essential to growth plan?
Yes the user can upgrade from Essential to Growth Plan.
What will be the charges to upgrade from Essential to growth plan?
User can upgrade the plan by paying the difference amount on pro-rata basis.
Can admin Buy a growth Plan and his other users can use the Essential Plan or vice versa?
No, All the users will have to be under the same plan.
Can the customer upgrade and buy additional users at the same time ?
Yes , he can upgrade his plan and also buy additional users at the same time.
Will the expiry date changes if the customer buy additional users ?
No , the expiry date will remain the same as per the original subscription.
Can the customer who purchases after 1st Nov2020, can downgrade the plan?
No , customer cannot downgrade the plan till the expiry date of current/existing plan. Customer can change the plan at the time of renewal only.
What if the user has paid for the subscription before 1st Nov,2020 ?
All the existing customers are upgraded to "Growth(2)" plan during the subscription.
What will be the charges of the add users , if the add user is purchases after few days later then admin's ?
Add-Users will be charged on Pro-rata Basis (Expiry date remains the same).
As all the existing customers will be upgraded to the Growth plan and what if the customer wants to add user in essential plan ?
If an existing customer post 1st Nov wants to buy additional user for Essential(1) plan , then all the users paid till date will also be shifted to Essential(1) Plan. User can continue to pay for Growth(2) plan in this case( till their current expiry date).
Can the customer who purchased the plan after 1st Nov can downgrade the plan ?
No , the customer downgrade the plan till the expiry date. Customer can change the plan at the time of renewal only.
Can user upgrade from 1year to 2 years plan ?
No , users cannot upgrade from 1 year to 2 years plan. All the user will be under one plan only.
How much will a user have to pay if he/she wants to purchase additional devices?
User will have to pay the charges on a prorate basis calculated between the expiry date and the current date. User can see the amount to be paid in the mobile app by going to Menu/More > Purchase Subscription to see the amount he/she needs to pay.
If a customer is currently under the Essential plan and wants to renew 1 month early to a Growth plan, will he be able to start using the growth plan immediately?
No, the customer will have to first upgrade the plan from Essential to Growth so that he can start using the Growth Plan immediately by paying the difference amount calculated on prorated basis. Customer can also they pay for the renewal which will start after the current expiry date. If customer does not upgrade first but only does renewal, then he will continue to use the essential plan till the current expiry date and post the expiry date, he will be able to use the Growth Plan.
If an old customer who purchased before 1st Nov,2020 wants to add a user, can he purchase additional user in the Essential Plan ?
Old customers are by defaulted migrated to Growth Plan. Customer can purchase the Essential Plan, however all the previous paid user will also be migrated to the Essential Plan.
What will be the invoice amount that partner need to bill the customer?
The amount will be calculated on Pro-rata basis matching the expiry date of the original Subscription and it will be visible on Partner Portal.
If customer buys additional users, does he gets any offers?
If there's any running offers going on in that month then that would be applicable.
