# Antivirus Blocking Biz Analyst

Check for Antivirus if it is Quick heal follow the below steps:

 **Step 1:** Open Quick heal> Internet & Security> OFF the Firewall Protection

**Step 2:** Go to **Biz Analyst Desktop App** try to **Save** the settings again and then **Tally** will be **Configured Successfully**
