# Biz Analyst Referral Program

## How does the referral program work?

* **Link sharing:** Biz Analyst users can share their referral link from the Refer Now screen, via WhatsApp, SMS, email or even by copying the link.
  * The Refer Now screen can be accessed via the hamburger menu from the “Refer a Friend” button, or via marketing banners, push notifications, email SMS etc.
* **Referred user App Install & Sign Up:** Referred users (user with whom the link was shared by the referrer) has to click on the link received and install the Biz Analyst mobile app from the Play store / App store and sign up by entering his details.

## Whom can I refer?

* You can invite anyone who uses Tally by simply sharing your referral link. Once the user signs up using your link, the referral will be considered valid.

## What are the criteria for referral eligibility?

* The person you referred should install using your referral link only and then create an account.
* Referred user should not already be signed up with Biz Analyst.

## Who can refer?

* **Paid Users:**\
  All paid users across permissions, i.e., Super-admin, admin, non-admin can share referral codes with potential users.

## How many times can you refer?

* Users can share referral codes unlimited times, there is no cap on the coins.

## Terms and Conditions

* There is no limit on the number of referrals you can give
* Refer a Friend will be eligible only for referrals who have signed up after clicking on your referral link.
* This program is not eligible for referrals who have already signed up for Biz Analyst in the past.
* This scheme is not eligible for partners and their referrals.
* This scheme is not eligible for international users.
* This scheme is not available for non-paid users - for example, trial users. 
* Reversal for Free User(s)**:** Only those users/devices whom the subscription has actually paid for will get credited back. There will be no credits reversed for users/devices provided as free through the referral program.
* Reversal for Free Year(s): Only those years/months whom the subscription has actually paid for will get credited back. There will be no credits reversed for years provided as free through the referral program.
* Rewards are subject to change to any point even without prior intimation, at the sole discretion of Biz Analyst.
* Biz Analyst reserves the right to award offers and related benefits as per internal policy decided by Biz Analyst from time to time
* Biz Analyst has the right to amend the terms & conditions, stop the offer or call back any or all of its offers without prior notice.
* Customers' participation in the offer constitutes their understanding & agreement with all the terms and conditions associated with the offer.
* In case of any dispute, Biz Analyst reserves the right to resolve the same at its own discretion
