# JavaScript error

### This Error may occurs due to few reasons:

* Antivirus and Firewall may block the Application.
* Due to lot of temp files this error may occurs.
* Installation is not clean that means while installing the app might have done any changes or deleted temp files.

### To resolve this problem you can follow below steps :

**Step 1:** **Win+R** (run command) **> (%temp%)** delete all temp files.

**Step 2:** Run application as Administrator.

**Step 3:** Re-install the application and then try to run the app.

**Step 4:** Exclude Biz Analyst App from Antivirus and Firewall.

**Step 5:** Done.
