How To Enable Startup Applications In Windows 8 & above

Follow given steps :

Step 1: Open Run Dialogue Box Win+R, Type ms config

Step 2: Within the system configuration tool. Click start up tab and then click on open Task Manager

Step 3: Right click the program that you would like to prevent from starting when Windows starts. Enable and save changes when finished.
