Biz Analyst Keeps Stopping/App Crash

Below is the Image of App Crash Issue In Android Handset.

Follow the below steps :

Step 1: Go into Phone Settings

Step 2: Go into Manage apps and select Biz Analyst App.

Step 3: Go into Storage option and then click on Clear Data.

Step 4: Open Biz Analyst App in your mobile phone and login with your credentials.

**NOTE** : In terms of I-Phone if app crashes you need Uninstall the App and Re-Install it back.
