# Biz Analyst Keeps Stopping/App Crash

Below is the Image of **App Crash Issue** In Android Handset.

**Follow the below steps :**

 **Step 1:** Go into **Phone Settings**

**Step 2:** Go into **Manage apps** and select **Biz Analyst App**.

**Step 3:** Go into **Storage** option and then click on **Clear Data.**

**Step 4:** Open **Biz Analyst App** in your mobile phone and login with your credentials.

**\*\*NOTE\*\* :** In terms of **I-Phone** if app crashes you need Uninstall the App and Re-Install it back.
