# Inactive Items

**Step 1:** Click on Reports > Inactive Items&#x20;

**Step 2:** Click on Reports > Inactive Items > Sort > Select Accordingly. You can sort the inactive item by Name, Amount , Date ,Quantity as shown below: &#x20;

**Step 3:** Click on Reports > Inactive Items > In Stock , Not in Stock , Negative Stock, Below Re-Order Level.&#x20;

You can also sort Inactive Items  as In Stock , Not in Stock , Negative Stock , Below Re-Order Level As shown Below:&#x20;

**Step 4:** Click on Reports > Inactive Items > Select Days. You can also filter Inactive Items according to days as shown below :&#x20;
