# How to connect Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) Tally with the Biz Analyst desktop application?

**Important Point**&#x20;

* Its two types of RDP name ( Example: 121.101.1.214 and tcdemotallycloud.in )
* We need static IP and ODBC free port ( Example: 9554 )
* How to check port is Free or Open? ( <https://ping.eu/port-chk/> )
* If the port is not open so contact to RDP provider and take the free port&#x20;

**Step 1: Open Tally and Company in RDP.**

**Step 2: Open the Biz Analyst desktop application and click on settings.**

**Step 3: Click on add company and wait for sync till 100%.**
