Follow up Reminders

To set followup reminders for your customers follow the below steps

To set follow up reminders for your customers follow the below steps,

Step 1: Click on Party option which is on dashboard and then select Party name

Step 2: Click on Set Follow up (+)

Step 3: Enter Title , Set follow up Date and Time and the owner of that meeting

Step 4: Save.

Step 5: To view all follow up list go to Sales Team tab

Step 6: Select Follow up option

Step 7: There you will find all the list of meetings scheduled, You can also filter it by Sales person.

Step 8: Done.

Note: You will get a reminder notification of your scheduled meeting on the respective date and time.
