### Below are the troubleshooting steps:

**Step 1:** Check if other websites are working.

**Step 2:** Exclude the Biz Analyst from [**Firewall & White list from Antivirus**.](/biz-analyst-manual/support/tally-not-connected/excluding-files-and-folders-from-antivirus.md)

**Step 3:** If still it is showing **Not connected** then try connecting **Different Internet** and if its get connected then there might be firewall or internet security blocking the connection for the App.&#x20;
