# I am unable to share the report getting an error.

If you are getting this error while sharing any report as PDF file follow the below steps :

**Step 1:** Go to Mobile Setting

**Step 2:** Go to Manage apps

**Step 3:** Select Biz analyst app

**Step 4:** Click on App permission

**Step 5:** Enable storage permission

**Step 6:** After this settings you will be able to share reports and all PDF files.
