# Program Stop Working Correctly

### **Follow the below steps :** 

**Step 1:** Right-click Biz Analyst desktop app and choose **Properties**

**Step 2:** Select the **Compatibility** tab

**Step 3:** Enable the **check mark** for **Run this program in compatibility mode for:** '**Windows 7**' 

**Step 4:** Importantly, make sure you check the box **run this as an administrator**

**Step 5:** Click **Apply** and then **OK**
