# Outstanding Share Settings

**Check the below steps to customize the Outstanding Report.**

**Step 1:** Click on the More (3 Horizontal lines) Option from Dashboard.

**Step 2:** Click on Settings.

**Step 3:** Click on Share.

**Step 4:** Click on Outstanding.

**Step 5:** Find the Below Options,

**A) Columns to Share:** Select fields you would like to send while sharing Oustanding.

**B)** **Message To Share:** Customise the message you would like to send while sharing Oustanding.

**C)** **Add E-mail Addresses in CC for Multi-Reminders:** Enable to add your email address in CC in the Multiple Outstanding Receivable Reminder emails

**D)** **Include on Account Bills:** Include On Account Bills: Enable to share the Outstanding Report with On Accounts bill by the party.

**E)** **Include All Bills:** Enable to share the Oustanding Report with bills by the party.
