# My Data is not getting sync

**Scenario:** Company name has changed in tally.

**Step 1:** Ask the customer if he has changed the name of the company in tally.

**Step 2:** If yes then Go to Add Company click refresh and add the company.

**Step 3:** Then Go to My Companies and check with the customer which company he wants to delete.

**Step 4:** Then click Edit scroll down to Delete company and press OK company deleted.
