# Email id Already Registered

**Step 1:** Email already registered error comes in a scenario when that ID is already registered with Biz Analyst.

**Step 2:** So instead of **Sign Up** you need to **Sign In** with correct email id and password in Biz Analyst desktop app as well as Mobile app
