# What permission you should give to view an outstanding receivables report to a user.

**Step 1** : Go to the ***Users*** tab by clicking on 3 horizontal line which is on top left side of the application.

**Step 2** : Click on the user's Permission of the user you don't want to give permission of standard price and cost.

**Step 3** :  First tun off the admin rights then click on **Ledger Group** and give him only **Sundry Debtors** access. So user can see all party's outstanding report which are under Sundry debtors.

In addition, if you want to show only specific party then admin can give access according by groups( If admin created party's group in tally then only it will reflect in application.)

**Step 4** : Now go to **Access By Screen** and just select Receivables.

With above permission user can only see Receivable screen on Dashboard. Use will no longer to see sales, purchase, receipt, payment etc.
