# Not synced from desktop app

**Step 1:** First check whether the **data** is properly synced from **Biz Analyst Desktop App**

**Step 2:** There should be **Last Sync Time** mentioned below the **tally company name**

**Step 3:** If it is not there then, open your **companies** in tally and **restart the app** once it will start syncing your data&#x20;

**Step 4:** Still if it **doesn't sync** you can check for **antivirus** installed on your system and **white list Biz Analyst App**

**Step 5:** Refer the below **link** for **whitelisting** the **Biz Analyst App**
