# Biz Analyst desktop app getting crash

You can follow the steps mentioned below if the above blue screen appears and crash automatically.

**Step 1 :** Right click on the app and open **Properties**.

**Step 2 :** Click on **Compatibility,**&#x54;ick **'Run This Program in Compatibility'** and check which Windows Version is selected there if it is selected as Windows XP or Windows Vista then it won't support do the changes untick that option and save the settings
