**Step 1:** Check if companies are open in tally or company name in tally has changed

**Step 2:** Restart Biz analyst Desktop App. It will show a percentage while syncing your data let it complete till 100%(It takes time to sync your company depend upon the data you have in your tally)

After that you will get to see complete data on your mobile phone
