# How to hide the standard cost and the standard price for an item for a user.

**Step 1** : Go to the ***Users*** tab by clicking on 3 horizontal line which is on top left side of the application.

**Step 2** : Click on the user's Permission of the user you don't want to give permission of standard price and cost.

**Step 3** :  First tun off the admin rights then click on Ledger Group.

**Step 4** : Unchecked the Sundry Debtors and Sundry Creditors. And save the settings.

Now that particular user can't see the standard price and standard cost.
