# How to connect thermal printer

#### First our support team will give access from backend.

1.  Then **ON** the Bluetooth from mobile and pair it with printer.
2. Download an application from the play store **RAWBT DRIVER FOR THERMAL ESC/POS PRINTER**. This can be one Third-party app used for printing. Similarly, there are many other Third-party printer driver application which can be used

**Note:** This application may not be suitable for all printers. Download and check the compatibility.

3\. When we open the third party application select the connection method as Bluetooth and save it. 

4\. Then you can give a printout from the Biz Analyst application. And select the required size.
