If companies data sync is in process and completed till 100% but still showing "Not Synced Yet" on Biz Analyst desktop application.

Follow the below steps,

Step 1: Exclude Biz Analyst App from Firewall.

Step 2: Exclude Biz Analyst App from Antivirus if any. Also exclude from phishing sites if any rules set.

Step 3: If there is any system security (Roles made in sever manager) exclude Biz Analyst app from there.
