If companies data sync is in process and completed till 100% but still showing "**Not Synced Yet**" on Biz Analyst desktop application.

#### Follow the below steps,

**Step 1:** Exclude Biz Analyst App from [Firewall](https://help.bizanalyst.in/biz-analyst-manual/support/tally-not-connected/firewall-blocking-biz-analyst).

**Step 2:** Exclude Biz Analyst App from [Antivirus](https://help.bizanalyst.in/biz-analyst-manual/support/tally-not-connected/excluding-files-and-folders-from-antivirus) if any. Also exclude from phishing sites if any rules set.

**Step 3:** If there is any system security (Roles made in sever manager) exclude Biz Analyst app from there.
