# Not getting notification in One plus mobile phone

### If you are unable to get notification in one plus mobile phone then follow the below steps :

**Step 1:** Open the mobile settings

**Step 2:** Go to the "Battery" section

**Step 3:** Tap "Battery optimization,"

**Step 4:** Click on 3 dot on the upper right tab "Advanced optimization"

**Step 5:** You will see to options "Deep optimization" and "Sleep standby optimization"

**Step 6:** Disable "Sleep standby optimization"

**Step 7:** After all these changes you will be able to get daily outstanding and summary notification.
