# How to add item description while sharing bills

## Steps to be followed:

**Step 1:** Open Biz Analyst Application.

**Step 2:** Go to sales.

**Step 3:** Select ledger

**Step 4:** Select bill

**Step 6:** Scroll the screen and enable **show item description** option.
