# Add Companies From Multiple Locations

**Step 1 :** Open the company you wish to sync in TALLY Example (at Mumbai Location)

**Step 2 :** Open Biz Analyst Desktop App at Mumbai Location

* Click on “Add Company”
* Select the companies to add them & click on Add
* Once the companies have been added, you would see the Success message stating the companies are added & the desktop app would restart.
* Next you would find your added companies under My Companies Tab

**Note: The Sync process may take time from 5 mins to 45 mins depending on the companies**

**Step 3 :** Open the company you wish to sync in TALLY Example (at Pune Location)

**Step 4 :** Open Biz Analyst Desktop App at Pune Location with the same login id & password used for Mumbai

**Repeat the same procedure done for Mumbai Location**

**Step 5 :** Open your Biz Analyst app in your mobile phone

**Step 6 :** Click on the company on top

**Step 7 :** Select the company you wish to see the data from
