# Windows 7 and above is required

For Resolution Follow the steps below,

**Step 1:** Go to the **BIZ ANALYST** application> Right click on application> Properties

**Step 2:** Go to **Compatibility** Tab. Under Compatibility mode check for Run this program in compatibility mode, If it is enable for any other windows rather than windows 7 and above then un check that field

**Step 3:** Save the changes by clicking on **OK** button
