# Share Settings

**Below are the options available which you can include while sharing details with customers.**

### **1. Item:**

Click on the More (3 Horizontal lines) Option from Dashboard -> Settings -> Share -> Item

**Customise your item report that you can share.**

### **2. Regards Message:**

Click on the More (3 Horizontal lines) Option from Dashboard -> Settings -> Share -> Regards Message 

**Customise the complimentary close message you want to send with your e-mails & SMS's**

### **3. Share Bank Details:**

Click on the More (3 Horizontal lines) Option from Dashboard -> Settings -> Share -> Share Bank Details.

**Enable to share the bank account details you want to receive payments into with your customers.**

### 4. PDF review:

Click on the More (3 Horizontal lines) Option from Dashboard -> Settings -> Share -> PDF review.

**On selection, you get an option that allows you to preview PDF before sharing it with the party.**

**You can enable or disable it with a tick mark.**

### 5. Remove Biz Analyst Footer:

Click on the More (3 Horizontal lines) Option from Dashboard -> Settings -> Share -> Remove Biz Analyst Footer. 

**Removes the "Sent through the Biz Analyst App" message from the bottom of all your shared communications.**
