Not synced from desktop app

If there is no last sync time on desktop and getting 0 figures in Mobile App

Step 1: First check whether the data is properly synced from Biz Analyst Desktop App

Step 2: There should be Last Sync Time mentioned below the tally company name

Step 3: If it is not there then, open your companies in tally and restart the app once it will start syncing your data

Step 4: Still if it doesn't sync you can check for antivirus installed on your system and white list Biz Analyst App
