  • First check whether the data is properly synced from Biz Analyst Desktop App

  • There should be Last Sync Time mentioned below tally company name

  • If it is not there then, open your companies in tally and restart the app once it will start syncing your data

  • Still if it doesn't sync you can check for antivirus installed on your system and white list Biz Analyst App
