"Files Damaged" error in tally and Unable to sync data with Biz Analyst app

In Tally if you are getting an error as "Files Damaged" that means your tally data got corrupted.

Solution:

1. Rewrite data in tally.

2. If still getting the same error to restore old data back up and re-sync the company in biz analyst desktop application.

3. Still the same then, Export all your tally data create a new company and import all your data in your new company after that add that new company in the Biz Analyst app and sync your data.

4. The Issue will be resolved.
