**Step 1:** This means your **Email Id or Password** is **Incorrect.**

**Step 2:** You need to check and enter proper details which you have mentioned in Mobile App and vice versa.

**Step 3**: If you forgot your Password then you can click on forget password, **you will receive a Mail** in that you can reset your password.
