# No Access Allowed" Error In Tally

**Step 1:** if we get No access allowed in Tally that means user has logged in the company with user level id in Tally

**Step 2:** Inform user to login with admin Id in Tally.

**Step 3:** If user cannot login with admin id in Tally then we have to enable the option of "Dont have Admin access" in Biz analyst desktop application.
